This service allows you to send in your own bundles and lace closure to create a custom unit. You are in charge of choosing your style and color.

Hair is provided solely by you and should be new

Unsanitary tangled and cut tracks will not be accepted
- Hair must be sent in within 7 days of payment, to avoid cancellation. Please provide your name, email and your order number inside your package
- Ensure the correct measurements are given as we will not be held responsible for wigs not fitting properly

Please allow 7-14 business days before shipping to receive your wig once it has been completed. Please be advised of expected delays during holidays and sales period
- Name and address must match on card to avoid cancellation

RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are NO RETURNS. Hair by Mr. Hardy strives to provide each customer with an amazing experience. If the mistake is on our behalf, we are happy to assist you with the issue(s).
CUSTOM WIG POLICY
Please ensure that all measurements are taken properly, as refunds will not be provided for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Should you have any questions regarding the process of measuring units, please contact us via email at hairbymrhardy@gmail.com. If units do not fit properly, customers are responsible for a reconstruction fee.
When providing hair from other companies, we cannot guarantee that you hair will be bleached and styled correctly due to the grade of hair provided by the customer and not by our company. Once your custom unit is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for it.
