ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are NO RETURNS. Hair by Mr. Hardy strives to provide each customer with an amazing experience. If the mistake is on our behalf, we are happy to assist you with the issue(s). 

CUSTOM UNIT POLICY


Please ensure that all measurements are taken properly, as refunds will not be provided for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Should you have any questions regarding the process of measuring units, please contact us via email at hairbymrhardy@gmail.com. If units do not fit properly, customers are responsible for a reconstruction fee.

When providing hair from other companies, we cannot guarantee that you hair will be bleached and styled correctly due to the grade of hair provided by the customer and not by our company. Once your custom unit is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for it.

* Please ship all hair for providing your own bundle service to P.O Box. 

* Please include your name, email used to place your order and the order number inside the packaging with your hair that is being shipped.

* If any item is considered lost or stolen, Hair by Mr. Hardy is not responsible and we recommend filing a claim with the shipping company.
